Pipe Supports for Hot (+160°C) & Cold (-196°C) Applications
ASEplas 1010 is a range of organic glass-reinforced polyester composites commonly used in thermal isolating support systems. They have an excellent track record supporting cold pipes and vessels in oil, gas, petrochemical and pharmaceutical plants worldwide. These materials were formerly known as ATPLAS.
The ASEplas 1010 range has an advantage over many materials available in
that they are mouldable and can be produced in a wide variety of shapes
with properties that are basically non-directional. The materials have
excellent fire safety properties; they are not easily ignitable and have a
very low flame spread therefore on site welding can be safely carried out
adjacent to an ASEplas support.
